Kari sardin




Malam tadi 1st time masak kari sardin, mm rasanya sedap (according to my hubby) tp kentang x empuk! but I think, its too pekat...so next time kena tmbh air byk skit n masak kentang lama sikit supaya empuk...

Resipi :

Tumis:
Bawang merah (3 biji) - hiris
Bawang putih (2 ulas) - hiris
Bawang besar (1 biji) - potong dadu
daun kari

Apabila dah wangi masukkan :
serbuk kari ikan (3 sudu) - tumis sebentar + air
kentang (potong kasar)
sedikit air
sardin
garam
air asam jawa/asam keping
